A few blogs ago I, a Colorado Springs Realtor, opined about the Colorado Foreclosure Protection Act, in which I commented about the confusion surrounding the fact that attorneys needed to construct these particular contracts because the Commission had not authenticated one for Colorado Realtors.
Earlier this week the C.R.E.C. has made available online the newest version of the Colorado Foreclosure Contract for transactional purposes. It’s an eighteen-pager, well-equipped to address the issues for buying or selling short-sale and/or foreclosure Colorado Springs Real Estate properties.
