Colorado Springs Realtors can breathe a sigh of relief as total under contract listings increased in value of 369, from 874 for 2009 to 1,243 for 2010.
As for total sales, there were 413 closed transactions for 2009 as compared with an increase to 464 for 2010.
There is statistical data to support the recent activity of the Colorado Springs Real Estate market. However, as a Colorado Springs Realtor, I’m still awaiting the effects of pent-up demand and shadow inventory on our local market.
