Selley Group – Thinking Ahead

Just thinking, planning and implementing during the first quarter of this year.

In between new buyers and listings, I have been diligently working on a new listing presentation for potential sellers who desire to list their Colorado Springs Real Estate properties with Selley Group Real Estate, LLC.

Besides the use of advanced PowerPoint, showing internet SEO exposure and social media marketing (giving you the short version), we’re also developing video social media marketing (VSMO) for each listing presentation. At first, it’s been kind of overwhelming trying to put everything together. Yet, as Colorado Springs Realtors, we sense this will be the upcoming standard for marketing of future properties.

All in all, our mindset about continued organic growth on our branding, as well as our marketing, centers on new technologies, such as the iPad. However, I think that we’ll probably wait for the second generation of iPad before we fully implement our listings into this virtual technology.
