Rich Laden of The Gazette wrote about Concept Restaurant having a second Jose Muldoon’s to open in Colorado Springs sometime by the end of this year.

For over 35 years, Jose Muldoon’s, named after the legendary bandit, has served Tex-Mex cuisine in downtown Colorado Springs.  It has always been a “hot” spot for all ages, and during the summer, it’s been a great place to eat, drink and socialize on their award-winning patio.

Because of the slumping Colorado Springs Commercial Real Estate, it proved to be strategically advantageous to open a second restaurant on the east side of town where there has been some tremendous residential growth.
