So where do you get your energy? Of course, mediums, such as books, articles, other effective leaders and operations, conferences and coaches provide the resources to become energized. But for me, the purest form of energy comes from within, given to me by God. As a result, it creates internal energy, meant to be shared with others, giving them the interpersonal energy to move forward even when the road ahead might be filled with obstacles.
