Ease the Sales Pressure

As a Colorado Springs Realtor, I’ve never been attracted to the type of sales methods which focus on getting the sale regardless of anything else. Counting on lead conversion percentages and strategically incorporating predatory sales tactics within the Colorado Springs Real Estate model have never been my bag of tea.

What has worked very successfully over the years and is proving to be worthwhile during this market involves the reality that the client sells him or herself. And we’re here to help facilitate the process.

I’ve found that giving my client relevant knowledge instead of materials to obfuscate facts for the purposes of sales works so much better to begin the real estate process, and then it helps to bring the transaction to full closure.

Just because the markets are pressurized doesn’t mean that sales has to operate as such.

Giving your client the relevant knowledge, which is holistic to their lifestyles, allows him or her to expand on the possibilities, and thus enables his or her to make good decisions for his or her lives. Isn’t this the essence of what we do?
