While change is a reality of life, it’s not necessarily the guiding light to take you to a better place. Sometimes when you’re broken into pieces, it’s better to wait before you react. Sometimes it’s just as important to develop the skill of what it means to wait in order to realize the state of well-being, both personally and professionally.
