The 56th annual Parade of Homes features new home builders of the Colorado Springs Real Estate market, who showcase their innovative new home designs, beginning on August 6th and planning to run through August 22nd.
Essentially, the public has an opportunity to get a bird’s eye view into some of the latest and greatest regarding interior designs, upgrades, floor plans, etc. It’s also an opportunity to meet some of the local builders and Colorado Springs Realtors to get more information about affordable and/or luxury homes, as you make your final decisions about home ownership for this last quarter of 2010.
As advertised in several venues, the Parade of Homes annually partners with Care and Share, which is an organization to help fight against summer hunger.
