I can’t tell you how much I love to have Kristofer home during his Thanksgiving break from college. Besides the fact that I absolutely adore him, Kristofer has been an invaluable asset as it relates to my technology in this business.
Technology has always been an instrument about our methods of doing Colorado Springs Real Estate from day one. Updating, changing, collaborating, planning, branding, spending and learning are integral to the ongoing journey of merging technology and full-service real estate.
Personally, I really do not see any other way for me to offer better service to my consumer base, separate from the use of advanced technology. As a result, over the years, I’ve assembled a high-level team of experts when it comes to technology, SEO, VSMO, website design and graphics, and much more.
Sure the challenges are always there, but so are the opportunities of vision, growth and business efficacy.
Last night, Kristofer helped me to put all the pieces of the puzzle together about my paperless approach to this business for 2011 even more so than what I had done in preparation for the past few months.
In his technology jungle and sprawled out on his bedroom floor until 3 in the morning, Kristofer instinctively worked on adapting and syncing practically every part of my business onto the i-pad.
Downloading additional apps, merging all my e-mail accounts, repairing a broken i-tunes account, syncing all my programs from my laptop and i-phone and i-pad 100% correctly, configuring my PDF signatures for e-contracts onto the i-pad, merging top producer with my i-phone and i-pad are some of the features which Kristofer fixed completely.
Previously, I had these processes started, but had some snares about my own attempts at set-up and follow-through. But now, about 85% of my business is consolidated to the i-pad. Talk about feeling organized and armed for business. It feels great.
