In accordance with the ethical standards for Colorado Realtors we will not breach any relationship between a client and his or her respective Realtor's. Thus, if you already have an established relationship with another Realtor, we reserve the right to withdraw any real estate relocation tools from your usage. Please respect the exclusivity of the Broker/Client Agreement.

We do not collect any additional information about you from any other sources, such as but not limited to, transactions with other third parties, consumer reporting agencies, or any other investigative sources.

Any exchange of personal information would only occur if there has been an exclusive real estate relationship between Cherise Selley, Inc., and/or with any other affiliates of Selley Group Real Estate, LLC and you.

We restrict access to information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide real estate services on your behalf. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect this information.
4. Our Commitment To Children's Privacy
We do not collect or maintain information from our websites from those we actually know who are under the age of thirteen years old.
5. Information About Former Customers
We have the same policy about disclosing information about former customers as we do with current customers.
