Here you will see the Single Family Residential Market Value Change in appreciation between the years of 2019 and 2021 in El Paso County, Colorado as ranked by a tax assessor. It is ranked by neighborhood area, so in the red section it shows neighborhoods such as Hillside and Eastborough, are shaded to represent a 30% or more percentage increase. The Black Forest Neighborhood changed in value with a percentage increase of by 16.14%. While only a small section in the neighborhood of Cedar Heights, increased by less than 10%.
While there was significant change during those years, these appreciation trends are likely to not continue this year and next.
