We’re back today with Elizabeth Anderson of Alchemy Design at our renovation project! We have made some great progress and are excited to share it with you.

The fireplace is finished up, as well as all paint and trim. We’re now working on bathroom and bathroom tile. Next week, we’ll be putting in light fixtures, redoing the floors, getting appliaces, and douing outdoor paint once the weather clears up.

The choices throughout the home have been effective in brightening up the space and bringing it new life. We chose white walls with a bit of grey, since it livens up the space.

For this home, we have a test house on the same street with the same floor plan. It was our inspiration to do a full renovation on this home. They initially bought the home for $295,000 and after putting in work on the home, it sold for $420,000. If investors/sellers are willing to put the work into the home, it is totally worth it.
