The 2020 Parade of Homes Winner!
Just yesterday we received word that 4915 Old Stagecoach Road, which we had the honor to represent and list for our exceptional client, Alliance Builders, was announced as the 2020 Colorado Springs Parade of Homes Winner, specifically under the “People’s Choice” award for homes in this price range.
Although the Parade environment looked a little different this year, we really celebrate the fact that so many people came out to see and experience a custom luxury home of this caliber, right here in Colorado Springs. Congratulations to everyone who put their time and talents into building and designing this beautiful, innovative home.
This Colorado Mountain Contemporary Design was influenced by Frank Lloyd Wright’s Prairie Style, and is located on 3.14 sprawling & treed acres in coveted Flying Horse North — an incredible, quiet, exclusive location just north of Colorado Springs. It’s maybe a little auspicious that we closed the sale of this home the same week that the awards were announced.
